Join us for a fun morning of singing in Gloucester Cathedral. All are invited to sing Mozart’s Requiem.

It’s been a while since GCS last performed this stunning choral work; on a very snowy weekend in March 2018. Perhaps the reason why some of our members and social media followers asked for this particular Requiem is because they were snowed in. Or perhaps it’s because, from the Dies Irae to the Lacrymosa, it is an absolute joy to sing.

In this Sing Saturday, you’ll learn from our distinguished musical director, Adrian Partington, in the historic surroundings of Gloucester Cathedral.

If you’ve been thinking about joining a choir, you’ll get a taster for singing with Gloucester Choral Society. Sing Saturdays are relaxed events, with no dress code and no audition in sight, although an ability to read music is certainly helpful.

There will be a short comfort break during the morning at a convenient time.
