Patrons & Friends

What would we do without you? We truly appreciate all the support we receive from our Patrons and our Friends and we’d like to invite you to join them.

Your support allows us to work with some superb musicians, such as The Philharmonia, The Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, world-renowned clarinettist Emma Johnson and acclaimed soloist Hye-Youn Lee. This means wonderful concerts for you and an amazing choral experience for us.

To become a GCS Patron costs just £100 per year or £250 for Corporate Patrons

To become a GCS Friend costs £20 per year or £35 for a couple.

In return for your support we offer some tempting benefits

Patrons receive

  • Priority booking
  • A 10% discount on tickets
  • Invitations to social events with the conductor and chorus
  • Acknowledgement in our programmes and on the website
  • Parking for events & concerts (subject to availability) – we do not yet know if parking can be provided after the conclusion of Project Pilgrim
  • A tasteful lapel badge (to replace membership cards) to permit access to parking and give admission to post-concert events, etc.
  • A complimentary programme for each concert (please wear your badges)

Friends receive

  • Priority booking
  • A 5% discount on tickets
  • Invitations to social events with the conductor and chorus
  • Acknowledgement in our programmes and on the website
  • A tasteful lapel badge (to replace membership cards) to give admission to post-concert events, etc.
